Personal TRAINING

I offer personal training at One Gym in Collingham, near Wetherby, a boutique-style gym with state of the art equipment to suit your needs.

I offer 1 to 1 training, couples training or even small groups. I can take block bookings at a discounted rate or you can do it as a pay-as-you-go, whatever suits your needs.

If you are new to the gym and need showing the ropes, would like that extra push to reach your goal, have a specific target with a timeframe to meet or just need to spice things up and get your enjoyment back for training, personal training is the way forward.

You do not need to be a member of One Gym for me to train you.

Nutrition Advice

I will give you nutritional advice to meet your dietary needs and support your training programme, be it to lose fat, gain muscle or maintain your weight while you work on your fitness. This is not a meal plan but will give you information on how to manage and prep your food and your macro targets.

Accountability

I will suport you and encourage you to have the confidence when you walk in the gym to smash your training and be succesful. I will give you accountability to make sure you don’t slack and are hitting your targets.
