1 – 1 PERSONAL TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Personal training sessions that are cancelled and not rescheduled at an agreed convenience with both the trainer and client within 7 days to , or cancelled without 24 hours notice will result inĀ  a charge at the rate of one session, this is to ensure minimum lack of time is distracted from the agreed training schedule and clients progress will not be stalled. The charged time will be used by the trainer to review your training plan.
  2. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.
  3. The expiration of block bookings requires completion of all personal training sessions within 14 days from the end date of the block, for example if paying for a block of 10 sessions agreed at 2 per week the end date of the contract is 5 weeks after the first session within that block. Personal training sessions are void after this time period and no refunds will be issued unless extreme circumstances due to an extended period of illness, this decision is made at the personal trainers discretion.
  4. No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions unless at the personal trainers discretion.
  5. All the above are valid for training sessions delivered by Craig Heard Personal Training at One Gym, Collingham.
