Live Fitness Classes

All my live fitness classes are available to anyone who has an active online membership with me, they are all hosted on Zoom, a free app which alows you to all watch me and I can see you to encourge and motivte you and to ensure you form is correct. It is way more effective than any free fitness video on YouTube or social media.

Memberships start from as little as £9.99/month.

Bronze membership gives you access to Monday and Wednesday 7pm classes.

Silver (and above) give you access to all 5 classes.
